A Toastmaster at any function adds not only a certain flair and touch of style, with a caring experienced professional paying every attention to detail, your guests and indeed yourself to ensure a function free from worries. 

The job of your Toastmaster: 

* Taking care of all the announcements and ensure that things run on time and make sure that everything looks at its best and that nobody misses out on any of those memory moments throughout your special day. 

* Meet with you a few weeks before your happy day to go over timings and any special requirements you have. 

* Arrive at your venue an hour before your guests to meet and greet them on arrival 

* On the day, will liase with the event manager and all other professionals to check timings etc

* Assist the photographer during the formal group shots when required 

* Announce you into the room for the first time as newly weds!

* Work with the catering staff to ensure that all the guests and particularly your VIP guests enjoy their meal at its best.

* Circulate the Guest book

Announce the speeches and assist in giving out any gifts during the Grooms speech

* Close the formal wedding breakfast and if required direct your guests out of the banquet suite if its needs to be turned around. 

* Keep you and your guests informed of what is coming up at all times 

* Make sure that your VIP guests don't miss any memory moments and finally announcing your first dance together as a married couple 

These are just examples of some of the things Toastmasters cover but are very flexible and can tailor your day to be exactly as you would like it.
